Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the baby potatoes under cold water and pat them dry.
  • Cut the potatoes in half or quarters for even cooking.
  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the hot potatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
