Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 green onions
  • ¼ cup celery

Instructions
