Ingredients
  

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1 cup red bell pepper
  • 1 cup ripe avocado
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup feta cheese

Instructions
 

  • Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.
