Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Bisquick or similar baking mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 whole pre-made pie crust
  • 1 whole egg beaten

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken and frozen mixed vegetables.
  • In another bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, black pepper, and salt.
  • Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and vegetables, then stir in cheddar cheese and Bisquick.
  • Roll out the bottom pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture into the pie crust evenly.
  • If using a top crust, roll it out, place it over the filling, and seal the edges.
  • Brush the top crust with beaten egg.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until the crust is golden and filling is bubbling.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serve warm.
