Instructions
Rinse the mini sweet bell peppers under cold water and pat dry.
Slice off the tops and remove the seeds from the peppers.
In a bowl, blend cream cheese, cheddar, feta, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add red pepper flakes if desired for heat.
Fill each mini pepper with the cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
