  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 can 15 oz chili
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
