Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond milk and sift in cocoa powder.
Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt; whisk until smooth.
Gradually sprinkle chia seeds into the mixture while stirring continuously.
Cover the bowl or transfer to a mason jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Once set, stir to break up clumps; add milk if too thick.
Serve in bowls or jars, adding toppings as desired.
Notes
For best results, let the pudding chill overnight.
