  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla until smooth, then combine with dry ingredients.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
