  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Fresh fruits such as berries, mango, or kiwi
  • Chopped nuts like pistachios, almonds, or walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and then mix them into the yogurt mixture.
  • Add salt and cinnamon, mixing until fully combined.
