Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients until just combined, then shape into meatballs about 1 ½ inches in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each meatball.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and roll the meatballs to coat evenly, then bake for 18-20 minutes.
  • In a large saucepan, combine chicken broth and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  • Add the cooked meatballs to the saucepan and let them simmer in the sauce for a few minutes to coat evenly.
