Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well mixed and coated.
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden-brown.
  • Allow the casserole to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For a lovely presentation, serve in individual portions topped with extra basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
