  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • a pinch sea salt
  • cooking spray or extra coconut oil for greasing

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Peel the bananas and slice them lengthwise or into thick rounds.
  • In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, melted coconut oil, honey, and sea salt until smooth.
  • Coat the banana slices with the sugar mixture thoroughly.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with coconut oil.
