Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup fresh spinach finely chopped
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 10 sheets phyllo pastry
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, and parsley.
  • Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry on a flat surface and brush it with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush with more butter.
  • Cut the layered phyllo into 4 equal strips. Spoon a tablespoon of the feta mixture at one end of each strip, fold the sides, and roll tightly.
  • Arrange the rolls seam side down on the baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • In a small saucepan, combine honey and chili flakes over low heat until warmed through.
  • Once baked, let the rolls cool for a few minutes and drizzle with warm chili honey before serving.
  • Serve warm, enjoying the contrast of crispy filling and sweet, spicy honey.
