Ingredients
  

  • 2-4 pounds boneless turkey breast
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • to taste salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • for garnish fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  • Combine garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, sage, salt, and pepper in a bowl and rub it all over the turkey.
  • Pour chicken broth and lemon juice into the crockpot.
  • Place the seasoned turkey breast into the crockpot and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Optionally, add butter on top of the turkey during the last hour of cooking.
  • Remove the turkey from the crockpot and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • Slice the turkey and serve with side dishes, garnished with parsley.
