Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Cuban bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 slices ham
  • 2 slices crispy bacon
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 small avocado
  • fresh cilantro leaves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter

Instructions
 

  • Slice the Cuban bread in half lengthwise and set aside.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then transfer to paper towels.
  • Fry the eggs in the same skillet sunny-side up or to your liking, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one half of the bread and mustard on the other half.
  • Layer Swiss cheese, ham, bacon, and cooked eggs on the bread.
  • Add sliced avocado on top of the eggs and sprinkle with cilantro if desired.
  • Close the sandwich with the other half of the bread.
