Ingredients
  

  • 4 large cucumbers
  • 1 block feta cheese
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
