  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  • Prepare the cake batter by whisking together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, then combining with butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
