Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • salt and pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • cooked rice or noodles

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
  • Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet and cook the broccoli until tender and slightly browned.
  • Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
  • Combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, and garlic-ginger mixture in the skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Let the stir-fry cool completely, then transfer it to an airtight container or freezer bag for later use.
