  • 2 pounds pork ribs
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • sesame seeds
  • chopped scallions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and cornstarch to create the marinade.
  • Add vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, five-spice powder, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes to the marinade and whisk until well combined.
  • Coat the pork ribs with the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
