- 1 bag frozen hash browns
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons butter
Prepare the Hash Brown Mixture by combining the thawed hash browns, cream of chicken soup, milk, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl.
Grease the inside of a 6-quart Crockpot with butter to prevent the casserole from sticking.
Add the hash brown mixture to the Crockpot and spread it out evenly.
Cover the Crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, stir the casserole and check if it's heated through.
If not, cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
