Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 lemon zest
  • ½ cup lemon curd
  • additional lemon zest for garnish
  • crushed Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Pulse Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs.
  • Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 10 minutes and let cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and mix well.
  • Whip heavy cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form and fold into cream cheese mixture.
  • Stir in lemon juice and zest, then spread over cooled crust.
  • Dollop lemon curd on top and spread evenly.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Slice into squares and garnish with lemon zest and crushed Oreos before serving.
