Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Create a well in the center.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs until beaten. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the well of dry ingredients. Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
  • Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.
  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter to coat the surface.
  • Pour ¼ cup of batter into the center of the pan and swirl to spread it thin.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook for another minute.
  • Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with remaining batter, adding butter as needed.
  • Serve warm with your favorite fillings like fruits, whipped cream, or syrup.
