Ingredients
  

  • 340 g pasta
  • 1 kg large shrimp
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 60 g unsalted butter
  • 60 ml white wine
  • 60 ml chicken broth
  • 5 g dried basil
  • 5 g dried parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Melt 30g of butter in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
  • Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • Add the remaining 30g of butter to the skillet, then add the white wine and chicken broth, and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  • Cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced, then stir in the dried basil and parsley.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine with the garlic sauce, and add some reserved pasta water if the sauce seems too thick.
  • Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss everything together to combine.
