Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets fresh salmon
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  • Arrange salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down if applicable.
  • Season each fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.
