  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
