  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes
