Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz imitation crab meat kanikama, shredded
  • 1 cup cucumber thinly julienned
  • 1 cup carrots thinly julienned
  • 1 whole ripe avocado diced into cubes
  • ¼ cup green onions finely sliced
  • ¼ cup creamy mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • to taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
