Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ½ cup sugar-free marinara sauce for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, basil, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined and the mixture holds together.

  • Arrange the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly.
