  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 cup snap peas or green beans
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • Sauté the sliced onion and minced garlic for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.

  • Place the frozen dumplings in a single layer in the skillet and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  • Pour the sauce over the dumplings and vegetables, ensuring everything is coated.
