Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups prickly pear cactus fruit
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 0.25 oz powdered pectin

Instructions
 

  • Puree the prickly pear cactus fruit in a blender or food processor until smooth.
