  • 1 can 15 oz garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 5 oz tuna packed in water, drained
  • 1 small red onion finely chopped
  • 1 whole bell pepper any color, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
