  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • additional mini marshmallows and chopped nuts for garnish optional
