Ingredients
  

  • 4 large buttery croissants
  • 8 slices crispy bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices your favorite cheese
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then transfer to paper towels.
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over low heat and crack in the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the eggs for 2-3 minutes until the whites are set and yolks are runny.
  • Slice each warmed croissant in half horizontally.
