Ingredients
  

  • 1 package frozen potstickers
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in the broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and julienned carrots, cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Introduce frozen potstickers and cook for 5-7 minutes.
