Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives pitted and halved
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 large lemon juiced

Instructions
 

  • Combine oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Pat chicken breasts dry and season with the spice mixture.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken and set aside; add cherry tomatoes and olives to the skillet.
  • Sauté for 2-3 minutes until tomatoes soften.

  • Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture.
