Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flatbreads
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced chipotle in adobo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • ½ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 whole avocado sliced
  • to taste sour cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in chipotle, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread beef mixture evenly over flatbreads.
  • Sprinkle cheddar and pepper jack cheese over the beef.
  • Top with diced tomatoes, red onions, and cilantro.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Cool slightly, then top with avocado and drizzle with sour cream.
