  • 1 cup sushi-grade tuna finely diced
  • 1 ripe avocado diced into small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon green onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste
  • nori sheets cut into small squares for serving
  • microgreens or fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the finely diced sushi-grade tuna with mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and chopped green onions.
  • Stir gently until the tuna is thoroughly coated with the sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
