Ingredients
  

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • sesame seeds for garnish
  • lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate salmon fillets in the mixture for 15 to 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place marinated salmon on the baking sheet, skin-side down, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Divide cooked rice or quinoa among four bowls.
  • Top each bowl with steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, and avocado slices.
  • Flake the baked salmon into bite-sized pieces and distribute over the bowls.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve with lime wedges on the side.
