  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • Vegetable oil
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
