  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and sea salt.
  • Whisk until blended, then marinate salmon fillets in the mixture for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
