  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
