Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons dried lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Wash the lemons and remove the zest using a microplane or zester.
  • Spread the zest on a baking sheet and air dry for 24 hours or dehydrate in the oven for 1-2 hours.
  • Grind the black peppercorns to a coarse powder using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the dried lemon zest, ground black pepper, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and parsley.
